More distraction from the corners of the political spectrums
Nora Slawik: Challenging myths about the unionizing of child-care workers
Quoting Nora "With all the opinions and emotional rhetoric around the unionization of in-home child care workers, it's essential to have accurate information for the public, legislators and child care providers. I'd like to take this opportunity to make the case for unionization and dispel some of the myths floating around."
Rep. Kieffer: Home Daycare Providers Shouldn’t Unionize -- Woodbury Republican says "Too many providers will not get a vote on a decision that will impact them"
USA VALUES, LLC says what we want to hear about and talk about is:
This controversy has nothing to do with the child. The child can in routine circumstances end up spending years in child care attendance at the cost of the taxpayer and still show up not ready to read, count and understand positive direction starting in kindergarten.
The powers to be - think they can play the grassroots attention to controversy rather than the effectiveness of the care and education of the child, kindergarten, mom and the community. Effectiveness demands we see first things first. Period!
Stop, and get it right! We need to get it right at the source so this wrong primary spending thinking does not continue. It is about the child! Then it is about effective education.
90% of the grassroots are someday going to wake up and say WHEN WILL OUR LEADERSHIP STAY ON POINT? It is not a political party thing. It is about the kids and our spending on a delivery that shorts the child and us.
It just so happens that this first thing first is really about more than child care, education, economics and even ethics. No wonder those in power want to distract us away from - Quality Is Free.
